THE WRIGHT BROTHERS

In 1902 Orville and Wilbur Wright built and flew the first airplane that could be controlled in flight. Their great-great grandfather was Michael Joseph Boger (1723-1783) who was a direct ancestor of the Hickmans.
FIELD-MARSHALL EARL HAIG

One of the most influential characters in World War I, Field-Marshall Haig organized the final offensive in 1918 that led to the eventual Allied victory. He, as well as Alexander Haig of the Nixon Administration, shared a common ancestry with the Evans' and Hickmans.
