Crich Cross & The entrance to Cross Farm
Crich Cross from another angle. Also please note the entrance and the barn belonging to Cross Farm, occupied by the "Smith" family for many a long year.. The smaller building at the entrance, behind the various signs, one of which says "Milk and Eggs for Sale," is newer than the rest. The orginal buildings apparently came nearer the road.
On the right of the entrance is "part of "Cobbler's Cottage", as the name implies a family of shoemaker's used to live there. The name of the family was called Holmes!
