Frances East [E14a4c], daughter of Silas East and Harriet Canty 
Houze, was born in 1826 in Clarke Co GA. She married James Brewer in 
Clarke Co on 3 November 1850. Fannie wasn?t found in her parents? home in 
1850, and James was at that time living alone at Watkinsville. Reading 
?between the lines,? Fannie must have already moved in with James when 
the census was taken, but didn?t admit that to the census taker. Then a 
month or two later they married. Hence, Fannie wasn?t shown in her 
parents? home in the 1850 census. James was born in GA in 1826. Fanny 
died 23 March 1865, and James then married a Mrs Louisa Etchieson in 
Walton Co on 17 October 1865. In 1880 they were living at High Shoals, 
Walton Co. James and Fanny had five children, all born at Watkinsville, 
Clarke Co GA-

3.   Josiah T Brewer, b May 1858, always went by the name Joseph T 
     Brewer. He married Mary ?Mollie? F Mobley about 1877 and they lived 
     in Walton Co. Mollie was born in GA in October 1857 and died in the 
     1910s. Joseph then married Mrs Octavia Phillips and they continued to 
     live in Walton Co into the 1930s. Joseph and Mollie had six children 
      by 1910, all born in Walton Co GA-
 
      a.  James Archer Brewer, b 1 Mar 1879, in 1900 was living in 
          Walton Co next door to his parents, and had married that year. 
          His wife was Nettie Lewis, born in GA in October 1892. In 1910 
          they lived in Walton Co. In September 1918 they lived at Monroe, 
          Walton Co. They had five children by 1910, all born in Walton 
          Co-

            on 22 September 1880. They lived at Richardson, Walton Co in 
            1910, and at Monroe, Walton Co in September 1918 when he 
            filled out the WW I draft card. In September 1918 he said that 
            his closest relative was ?Annie Brewer Landers.? In 1920 they 
            lived in the Mountain District of Walton Co. Annie had at 
            least five children by then, all born in Walton Co GA-

           1917 they lived at Monroe, Walton Co. Eva was born in GA in 
           1887; they had a son by 1910, then three more by 1920-

            Monroe, Walton Co. In 1920 Albert and his family lived a few 
            doors from his father. Albert and Rosalee had four daughters 
            by 1920, all born in Walton Co-

Louisa already had a daughter when she and James marred; hence, son 
Henry, who was the same age as Louisa?s daughter, must have been Fannie?s 
child, not Louisa?s. Louisa and James had children: Lizzie Brewer, born 
1866, and William, born 1873.

Watkinsville was in Clarke Co prior to 1875 when Oconee Co was formed
