In the Name of God Amen. The sixt day of December Anno domini 1634 I Richard Adams of Cleobury Mortimer in the County of Sallop and Diocesse of Herefford Butcher being sicke in body but of good and perfecte memory praysed be God doe ordayne and make this my Last will and Testament in writeing revokeing hereby all former wills whatsoever in maner following First and principally I Commende and Committ my Soule into the mercifull handes of Almighty God my most mercifull maker and of Jesus Christ my most Righteous Redeemer by whose all sufficient merrittes & precious bloud sheeding I trust and hope assuredly to be saved and made partaker of everlasting Life and Salvation And my body to Christian buriall.
Item I give and bequeath unto Joyce Beavan the daughter of Thomas Beavan and Jone Beavan his wife my sonne in Law and daughter Thirty three shillinges wch. is due debt and oweing me by John Beavan of the Broomehall being grandfather also unto the sayd Joyce Beavan.
Item I give and bequeath unto Jone Beavan my daughter afforesayd the wife of Thomas Beavan the bede whereon I Lie and allthings thereunto belonging And also one brasse Caudron wch. I use to scalde porkes with the same to be delivered after the death of my now wife Ales Adams & my mind and will is that my wife Ales Adams shall have the use of the sayd bedd and bedding during her Life.
Item I give and bequeath after the decease of my sayd wife unto Ellenor Yorke the wife of Richard Yorke who dwelleth in house with me one bedd & all thinges thereunto belonginge standing in the upper seller over my shopp and also one ioyned Cubbert standing in the hall house & the Table boord & frame in the hall house also standing and my mind is that Ales Adams my sayd wife shall have the use of all bequeathed to Ellenor Adams during her Life and after her decease to come and remayne to Ellenor Adams my said daughter
The rest of all my goodes debtes Chattells & Cattell moveable and unmoveable whatsoever or in whose hands soever my debtes Legacies and funerall expences being first payed and discharged I give and bequeath unto Ales Adams my now wife & make her whole and sole Executrix of this my Last will and Testament to see the same performed in all respectes accordingly

Item John Beavan oweth me Thirtie three shillinges wch. I gave to our grandchild Joyce Beavan by will Also he oweth me for other reckoninges Thiteene shillinges ten pence
Item William Whittingsloe my brother in Lawe oweth me upon divers reckoninges wch. he had of me and I payed for him the summe of �v
