In the name of god Amen the xiiijth. day of September in the yere of our lord god 1603 I Rychard Addams thelder of Cliberye Mortimer in the Countie of Salop & dioces of Hereford yoman beinge syke & weake of bodye, but of whole & perfect memorye, god be praysed do constytute ordeyne and make this my last will & Testament in manner & forme followinge viz. first I commend my sole into the handes of all mightye god my maker and my bodye to the earthe whereof yr ys made
Item I gyve & bequethe unto John Addams the sonne of Rychard Addams my sonne one great Coffer beinge all Redye Appoynted out with all the lynnen & other thinges whatsoever wch. ys in the same Coffer
Item I gyve & bequeth more to the said John Addams my lyttel brasse pott
Item I gyve more to the said John Addams one Iron pott
Item I gyve & bequeth to Johan Addams the daughter of my said sonne Rychard (JR) my greate kettell
The Resydue of all my goodes Cattells & Chattells moveable & unmoveable unbequethed, my dettes payd my funerall expences fullfilled and these my legasies in this my last will & Testament performed I gyve and bequeth to Rychard Addams my sonne And I do ordeyne and make the sayd Rychard Addams my sonne my true and lawfull executor trulye to performe this my last will & Testament with effect In wytnes whereof I have hereunto putt my hand & Seale dated the day & yere above wrytten
