In the name of god and in the xxijth. daye of Novembre Anno domini 1565 I Thomas Bryan of Mortymasclybury in the county of Salop and of the dioces of Harforde sike of body but whole and perfat of mynde do make this my laste will and testament in manner and forme followinge I bequethe my soule to allmyghty god and my body to be buryed in the Churcheyarde of Bayton Item I bequethe unto Edwarde Bryan my son xs of lawfull money of Englande to be payde on Monday in the Whitson weke next commynge unto the handes of Thomas Cooke of Bayton forsayde to be kepte to the behose and use of the sayde Edwarde Bryan my son All the resydew of my goodes movable and unmovable my dettes beinge payde I bequethe wholy to Jane Bryan my wife the whosayde Jane I make my full execcutryxe to fulfyll this my last will and testament in manner and forme above wrytten Thes are the dettes dew to be payde unto me the sayde Thomas Bryan Imprimis Johan Aboston of the parishe of Clyberymortymar forsayde xxjs iiijd Item Richard Avar owethe me vjs viijd and my sister Anne Bryan owithe me ijs xjd In witnes whereof I have putte my hande the daye and yeare above wrytton Thes are witnes Sir Ric.
