Margaret CUST , daughter of James CUST and Margaret McCULLOUGH, was born on 4 Aug 1846 in Colac, Victoria and died on 2 Dec 1929 in Balwyn, Victoria.

This is the Last Will and Testament of me MARGARET MACLEAN of
312 Timor Street Warrnambool in the State of Victoria Widow.

l. I appoint James William Cust of 14 Wellington Street Middle Brighton
in the said State Merchant Sole Executor and trustee of this my Will.

2. I give and bequeath to my grand-daughter Queenie Evelyn Bates
of Merri Street Warrnambool aforesaid my Extension table.

3. I give and bequeath the following pecuniary legacies namely

(a) To my daughter Janet Black Morden of 37 Chaucer Street Moonee
Ponds in the said State the sum of Fifty pounds. .

(b) To my son Dan Maclean of Koroit Street Warrnambool aforesaid
the sum of Twenty five pounds.

(c) To my grandchildren the children of my son Robert George
Maclean of "Burnbrae" Rolleystone via Kelmascott in the State
of West Australia the sum of Forty pounds to be divided among
them equally PROVIDED HOWEVER that my trustee shall be at
liberty to make payment of the said legacy to the mother of my
said grandchildren in trust for them AND I DIRECT that the
receipt of the said mother shall be a sufficient discharge to
my trustee for such payment.

(d) To Ernest Cust of 93 Hobart Street Mount Hawthorn in the
State of West Australia the sum of Twenty five pounds.

(e) To my grand-daughter Dorris May Ensor of l3A Nelson Street
Sandringham in the State of Victoria the sum of Twenty five
pounds.

(f) To my grand-daughter Rene Turner of "Fairview" Jubilee Post
Office Walhalla Gippsland in the State of Victoria the sum of
Thirty Pounds.

(g) To my grand-daughter Queenie Evelyn Bates of Merri Street
Warrnambool aforesaid the sum of Fifty pounds.

(h) To my grandson Alan James Maclean of l24 Gwynn Street
Richmond in the State of Victoria the sum of Twenty pounds.

(i) To my grand-daughter Ivy Macel Noble the sum of Forty pounds.

(m) To the Committee of the Baptist Church of Warrnambool afore-
said the sum of Five pounds.

(n) To the Committee of the Baptist Church Sunday School of
Warrnambool aforesaid the sum of Five pounds.

(o) To the Committee of the Baptist Home Missionery Society of
Victoria the sum of Five pounds.

4. I give devise and bequeath all the rest residue and remainder of
my Estate both real and personal unto my trustee upon trust to sell
call in and convert the same into money and after payment thereout
and out of my ready money of my just debts funeral and testamentary
expenses and all duties payable in respect of my Estate to stand
possessed of the net proceeds of such sale calling in and
conversion upon trust to divide the same proportionately amongst
all the pecuniary legatees named in Clause 3 hereof in the same
proportion as the legacy bequeathed to each of them bears to the
total amount of such legacies.

5. I revoke all former Wills and testamentary dispositions at any time
heretofore made by me and declare this to be my last Will and Testament.
