Combat Physical Assesment Test

The Combat Physical Assessment Test (CPAT) is a continuation of the Army Physical Fitness Test (APFT). It is designed to measure your ability to preform combat related activities such as body manipulation, agility, balance, and upper body strength that the APFT only touches on.

The CPAT is conducted after the APFT and is done in any order. It consists of Pull Ups. Dips, a 40 yd. dash, an obstacle course and a rope climb. Each event is scored on a 100 point scale and is broken down by repetitions or time. There is no consideration for age or gender.
