This Indenture made the tenth day of October A. D. 1979 eight hundred and seventy nine.

Between Peter Hoch and Hannah Hoch his wife of Red Bank Township Armstrong County and State of Pennsylvania, of the first part and and Philip Doverspike (of L) of the Township County and State aforesaid of the second part.

Witnessth that the said party of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of one hundred and fifty Dollars lawful money of the United States of America, unto them well and truly paid by said party of the second part, and before the sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipts, whereof is hereby acknowledged, have granted, bargained, sold aliened, enfeoffed, released, conveyed and confirmed, and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell alien, enfeoff, release, convey and confirm unto the said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns.

All the following described property viz:

Situated in Red Bank Township County of Armstrong State of Pennsylvania.

Bounded and described as follows to wit:

Beginning at a stone in the public road, thence by lands of Samuel Shick south fourty eight degrees east twenty five and 6/10 percels to a thorn stump, thence by other lands of said P Doverspike, south three and one fourth degrees west twenty and 5/10 percels to a stone, thence by lands of Samuel Copenhaver, north eighty nine degrees west thirty eight and two tenths percels to a stone pile, thence by the same land north forty one and three forths degrees west seven and two tenths percels to the center of the puplic road, thence along said road, and by lands of present grantor, at which this is a part.

North fourty six and three fourths degrees east twenty one and 8/10 percels, thence, on the said road and by the same said land north thirthy eight degrees east, eleven and 2/10 percels, thence by the same land and on the said road north sixteen and one half degrees east eighy and 2/10 percels to the stone and place of beginning.

Containing six acres and thirteen percels be the same more or less, being a part of a larger tract of land that was sold and transfered by Samuel Shick and Barbara his wife, who did by their deed dated 30th day of April 1877. convey and confirm the said tract of land unto Peter Hoch the present grantor, also the said recited deed is duly recorded in te Recorders Office in and for the County of Armstrong, in Deed Book Vol. 49. Page 6 a reference being thereinto had together with other Books and Pages as is therein reference to will more clearly show a five lawful chain of titles.

Together with all and sigular the said property improvements, ways, water courses, rights, liberties, priviledges, hereditaments and appurtenances, whatsoever thereunto belonging, or in anywise appertaining and revisions and remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof, and also all estate rights title, interest property, claim and demand whatsoever of the said parties of the first part, in law, equity or otherwise however, of, in and to the same and every part thereof,

To Have And To Hold said beach of cond. containing as mentioned with hereditaments and premises hereby granted or mentioned, and intented so to be, with the appurtenance, unto said party of the second part his, heirs and assigns, to and for the only proper use behoof of said party of the second part his heirs Forever.

And Peter Hoch and Hannah Hoch his wife the said parties of the first part doth for themselves and their heirs, executors and administrators, do by these presents, convenant, grant agree to and with the said part of second part, his heirs and assigns, that they, the said parties of the first part, and their heirs, all and singular, the hereditiments and promises herein above described and granted or mentioned, and intented so to be, with appurtenances, unto said party of the second part his heirs and assigns, against them, the said parties of the first part, and their heirs, and against all and every other person or persons whomsoever lawfully claiming, or to claim the same or any part thereof.

Shall And Will Warrant And Forever Defend.

In Witness Where of the said parties of the first part have to thee presents set their hand a seals.

On the 10 day of October 1874, before me a Justic of the Peace came the aboved named Peter Hoch and Hannah Hoch his wife and acknowledged the above deed to be their act and deed and dsire to have it recorded.

Said Hannah being of full age and by me examined sepeate and apart from her said husband, and the contents of the said deed being first made know to her declares that she signed sealed and delivered said Deed of her own free will and accord without coercion or compulsion from her said husband.
