Know all men by these present that we Henry Shick and Mariah Shick his wife, Lewis S. Mohney and Rebecca Mohney his wife late Rebecca Shick of Clarion County Pennsylvania. Adam J. Shick and Mary Ann Shick his wife, Christian Shick and Sarah Shick his wife, Susannah Miller late Susannah Shick of Armstrong County Pennsylvania.

Full heirs and legal representatives of Jacob Shick Sr. late of Red Bank Township Armstrong County Pennsylvania (deceased).

And Adam Procious of the State of West Virginia. Henry Procious of Clarion County Pennsylvania. John W. Doverspike and Catherine Doverspike his wife late Catherine Procious of Armstrong County Pennsylvania. Abraham Bodenhorn and Eliziabeth Bodenhorn his wife late Eliziabeth Procious of Jefferson County Pennsylvania, heirs and legal representatives of Polly Procious late Polly Shick (deceased) and heir of the said Jacob Shick Sr (deceased).

And Samuel G. Mohney and Rebecca his wife Christian Mitchell and Elizabeth Mitchell his wife late Elizabeth Mohney of Armstrong County Pennsylvania. Isaac Wise and Anna Wise his wife late Anna Mohney. Adam G. Mohney and Peter Mohney of Kalamazoo Miichigan heirs and legal representives of Catharine Mohney late Catharine Shick (deceased) and grand heir of the said Jacob Shick Sr (deceased)

By their legally constituted Attorney Samuel G. Mohney of Armstrong County Pennsylvania, and Josiah Weinberg Jacob Weinberg Daniel Hoch and Elizabeth Hoch his wife late Elizabeth Weinberg and Henry and Susannah Kelvey late Susannah Weinberg Adam Weinberg John L. Weinberg James Weinberg and Jacob Weinberg Gardian for Chesand Weinberg Jane Weinberg and Aaron Weinberg heirs and legal representatives of Christina Weinberg late Christina Shick deceased of Kalamazoo County and State of Michigan and grand heirs of Jacob Shick of Armstrong County Pennsylvania, parties of the first part.

For and in consideration of the sum of two thousand three hundred and fifty Dollars to them in hand paid by Jacob M. Shick of Armstrong County Pennsylvania party of the second part the receipt whereof.

They do hereby acknowledge and thereof aquit and forever release quit-claim and discharge the said John M. Shick party of the second part his heirs excutors and administrators and by these presents have each and every of them hath remised released and forever quit-claim unto the said party of the second part and his heirs and assigns all their each and every share portions and dividents rights title interest property claim and demand.

Whatsoever of them the said parties of the first part in law or equity or otherwise of in to or out of all them certain devices made directed and agreed upon in writing by said Jacob Shick Sr. in his lifetime and said John M. Shick the party of the second part hereunto by Article of Agreement dated the second day of April A. D. 1870 for the sale and transfer from the said Jacob Shick Sr to John M. Shick all that certain track land situated in Red Bank Township Armstrong County and State of Pennsylvania.

Bounded and described on the north by land of Widow Miller on the east by Adam Houpt and Adam Shick now John Keavman on the south by land of John Keavman and Jacob Shellyand in the west by lands of Benswell Kunselman and William Horn

Containing ninety two acers neat measure the same being recorded in the Office for Recording Deeds at Kittanning in the County of Armstrong Pennsylvania in Deed Book B Vol. 40 Page 271 and 272 on the 4th of December 1871 as will more fully and at large appear.

Together with all sigulars the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances, whatsoever thereunto belonging, or in anywise appertaining and revisions and remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof, to have and to hold all their rights title interest property, claim and demand whatsoever as well in law, as in equity of the said party of the second part his heirs and assign forever.

In witness wherof the said parties of the first part have herto set their hands and seals this 14th day of December 1885.

Shick his wife Christ Shick and Sarah Shick his wife Susannah Miller. John W. Doverspike and Catharine his wife Samuel G. Mohney Elizabeth his wife Arthur Mitchell and Elizabeth his wife Samuel G. Mohney Attorney for Isaac Wise Anna Wise Adam G. Mohney and Peter Mohney and Adam J. Shick Attorney for the heirs and acknowledge the above release and quit-claim Deed to be their act and deed and desires the same to be recorded as such they the said Mary A. Shick and Adam Shick. Sarah Shick wife of Christ Shick Catherine Doverspike wife of John W. Doverspike Rebecca Mohney wife of Samuel G. Mohney and Elizabeth Mitchell wife of Arthur Mitchell being of full age and examined by me sperate and apart from their said husbands, and the contents of said Deed being first made known to them declared that they signed sealed and delivered said Deed of their own free will and accord without coercion or compulsion of said husbands.

Mohney and Rebecca Mohney his wife Henry Shick and Mariah Shick his wife and in due form of law acknowledged the above Indenture to be their act and deed and desire the same might be recorded as such.

And the said Clara Procious Rebecca Mohney and Mariah Shick being of full age and seperate and apart from their said husbands by me examined and the full content of said Indenture being made know to them declared upon them that they did voluntarily and of their own free will and accord and their act and deed delivered the said Indenture Deed or Conveyance without coercion or compulsion of their said husbands.

Elizabeth Bodenhorn and Abraham Bodenhorn her husband and acknowledged the foregoing Indenture to be their act and deed and desire the same be recorded as such. The said Elizabeth Bodenhorn being of full age and by me examined seperate and apart from her said husband and the contents of said Indenture being made know to her declared that she did of her own free will and accord sign seal and deliver the same without coercion or complusion of said husband.
