This Indenture made the 24 th day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and twenty five.

Between John W. Doverspike and Annie M. Doverspike his wife of Red Bank Township, Armstrong County Pennsylvania, parties of the first part and E. H. Doverspike and Elva Doverspike his wife of the Township and State aforesaid grantor parties of the second part.

Bounded on the north by the land of Soloman Hoch and R. D. Troutman on the east by the land of said R. D. Troutman and C. M. Miller heirs on the south by lands of J. A. Minich and G. W. Himes, and on the west by lands of said G. W. Himes.

Containing one hundred and twenty acers and twenty eight and six-tenths perches, more or less.
