Narrative
Husband may have remarried in 1888 to Rose Bright. This would be in line with Hannah dying in childbirth 1887.
She may have died 1887 Alton under the name Harriet.
Born named Hannah, married, named Annie. Also Annie is spelt different way ie. Annie Anna Anne etc on different records. Les Treneman 2009
Hannah´s birth and marriage certificate.
These I believe proof a number of things,
1 – She was born with the name Hannah.
2 – She changed her name to Annie. (The H in Hannah could easily change to a A by accident and if you add the fact that her parents were illiterate it is not hard to see the change.(signing with a cross)
Marriage witnessed by her sister Mary
3 – As she is the only sister to George (b1867) who was old enough to have married a James Smith and produced a niece called Louisa, as per 1901 census, it proves the niece Louisa must be niece to George´s wife Ada Jane Neller c1869 not George.
4 – Point 3 shows George´s brother Thomas did not marry his niece as suggested by 1901 census.
