Ann Fairmaner of Farnham, widow 4 Mar 1817 to my daughter Mary Hole wife of William Hole all my clothes and furniture in my bedroom, clock and a looking glass in room I usually sit in below stairs; all my messuages [A dwelling house with outbuildings and land assigned to its use] to my son John Fairmaner paying the mortgage and also £300 to my friends Charles Waterman of Farnham, tailor and John Allen Ward of same place, auctioneer, execs. in trust at £100 p.a. for three years to invest same and interest to my daughter Mary Bole wife of William Bole for life and then children of same; residue to my son John
