Ha’Pennies

1 stick butter   1 cup flour
1/2 lb grated cheese   1/2 tsp salt
1 pkg onion soup mix    


Combine all ingredients; roll into 1 inch rolls and wrap in waxed paper.

Chill, slice into ¼ inch slices and place on an ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake @ 375° 10 – 12 minutes Watch! Easy to burn!!

I’ve had this recipe from about when this picture was taken before Lydia was born. It is an easy recipe that you can make in advance and then pop into a toaster oven when you wish to serve.
