1821 Fernilee Assessment of the Value of Land, Houses etc.in order to determine the rate payable

`The hereinafter contained valuation to have the assessment rate at 5d in the pound on two thirds the value of the Land, Farm Houses etc. And on one half the value on all other, the Cottages and Hereditaments contain`d in the said Township of Fernilee in the parish of Hope and County of Derby aforesaid.`
