     Isabella Hume Robins was born on Jun 6, 1863 in Maine.1,2,3,4,5,6 She was the daughter of John Charles Robins and Margaret Steele.

     Isabella emigrated to Canada in 1863.4

     Isabella was baptized on May 9, 1869 at the Anglican Church in Sherbrooke. Present were her mother, A. Steele (proxy for W. M. Steele), and Margaret Steele and Eliza Sad_?_.1

     She appeared on the 1870 Federal Census of Casco, Cumberland County, Maine in the household of her parents.2 She appeared on the 1881 Canadian Census of Sherbrooke, South Ward, Sherbrooke, Québec in the household of her parents.3

     Isabella married George Henry Morkill, son of Richard Dalby Morkill and Luvia Doolittle Osgood, on Aug 18, 1888 in Sherbrooke. The marriage was performed by A. Campbell Scarth, in the presence of Isabella's father J. C. Robins, George's brother and sister-in-law R. D. and Georgie Morkill, and J. I. Morkill.7,8

     Isabella and George appeared on the 1901 Canadian Census of Slocan Riding, Kootenay, Yale & Cariboo, British Columbia, enumerated Apr 5, 1901, with their daughter Joyce.4

     Isabella and George appeared on the 1911 Canadian Census of Valley Road, Vernon, Okanagan, Yale-Cariboo, British Columbia, enumerated Jun 24, 1911, with their daughter Joyce.5

     Isabella died on Jul 9, 1925 in Vernon, British Columbia at the age of 62 years, 1 month and 3 days.6
