Holtzermann, Madden, Schetter, and Velechovsky - Home

This site is for my sister-in-law, Siri Tapa, and my niece and nephew, Ava and Sat Jiwan. Their Holtzermann ancestors emigrated from Germany to America in the early 1800's, while the Velechovsky's have their origins in Austria and came to America in the early 1900's. I do not have much on the Velechovsky's at this time, but learned much about the Holtzermann's from a journal written by Elise Schetter, which was later translated by her granddaughter-in-law Eugenie Velechovsky. I hope, in time, to learn more about the Velechovsky's. A cousin of Siri Tapa's, Mark Madden, discovered my site a few years ago and generously shared his Madden research.
