According to the above census record, Anna was the mother of four children, all of whom were still living.  At the time of this enumeration, George was residing nearby his elder brother, Albert M., whose household was recorded on the same page of the census roll (dwelling #85; family #85).  George’s sisters, Lucy R. (Edgerton) Brink and Esther C. Edgerton, were also residing in Meckling at this time and his eldest brother, Reuben Harrison was living in nearby Prairie Center.
