The following obituary for Weldon Charles Edgerton
was published in the Macomb Daily (Mount Clemons, Michigan)

“Weldon C. Edgerton
PANAMA CITY,
Fla. – Weldon C. Edgerton, 67,
died Friday in an automobile accident.
He was a former resident of Macomb
County for most of his life before
moving to Florida. He was retired from the Bendix Corp.
He is survived by a son, Weldon A. of Warren;
daughters, Mrs. Orville (Marilyn) Desson of Florida, Mrs. John (Judy) Olsen
of Clinton Township and Mrs. Carl (Nancy)
Vermiglio of Sterling Heights; 14 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren;
and sisters, Ila, Doris and Grace. He
was predeceased
by his wife, Helen, in 1976.
Visitation will be held at the Faulmann & Walsh
Funeral Home, 32814 Utica Road,
Fraser, from noon until the time of service at 8:15 p.m. tonight. The Rev. E. J. Narr of St. John Lutheran
Church in Fraser will
officiate. Burial will be at the Evergreen Memorial
Gardens Cemetery
in Panama City Fla. on Thursday.”
