Sir I enclose you the Declaration of Jane
Walker the widow & Relick of Edward
Walker deceasd [sic] Pensioner of the Revolution; in which
you are referd [sic] to the evidence already on file with the department;
you will pleas [sic] inform me or her at this office of the decision
in her case; and if any thing further is required with such instructions
as may be necessary if any required, or her certificate of pension
as the case may be; and very much oblige[.] your most obedient servant
