Having obtained your P.O. a[ddress] from the P.M. at Tazewell Tenn.
I herewith transmit to you an old family Bible sent to this office
in 1840, by your mother, to be filed in evidence in her application
for pension.
Please acknowledge the receipt of said Bible on the back of this
letter and return it to this office in the Enclosed Envelope.
