26 April 1879

The Third Auditor's Office at the Treasury Department, returned a notification that there were no rolls of a Captain Click. Most of the form is preprinted. Unfolded, the usual "Department of the Interior", "Pension Office" stamp with the date 6 May 1879 appears. The initials which appear to be "J.M.V" also appear in the top, left-hand corner.
