George Eiland & Sarah his wife to Saml. MaCasston? 300 acres bounded on SE on the land of James Heath to the NE by land of Jonathan Jackson to NW on land of Peter Jolly & on the SW on the North River said land formerly called by the name of Black Charles and being sold & bought sundry times untill it became the Proper Estate of Richd. Eiland, who by his last will dated 7 Mar 1733/4 bequeathed it to the aforesaid George Eiland.
