About Lonnie Floyd Burress:

LONNIE F. BURRESS, 48, of Houston passed away June 7, 2001 in Houston, Texas after a long and courageous battle with kidney cancer. He was employed by Klein Independent School District in the maintenance department having retired in December 2000 after 18 years of service. He was also a licensed minister with the FGEA. Survivors include his loving wife, Linda; daughters and sons-in-law, Wendi & Joey Koslosky, Staci & Mark Aden; son and daughter-in-law, Rusty & Alicia Burress; parents, Archie & Patsy Burress; brothers and sisters-in-law, Jeff & Rhonda Burress, Richard & Betty Burress; sister and brother-in-law, Sue & Danny Fiel; father-in-law, William N. Eiland, Sr. and a host of other relatives and friends. The Family will receive friends at the funeral home from 2-4pm and 6-8pm on Sunday. Funeral services will be at 2pm, Monday at Klein Funeral Chapel with Rev. David Earl Pruitt, Sr. officiating. Interment will follow in Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
