About Corine Culbreath:

Corriene Trotter, 78, of Tulsa, Okla. was released from all earthly pain on Thursday, Oct. 5, 2006, after a long battle with a rare nerve disease, Charcot-Marie-Tooth.
She was born on June 6, 1928 in Wilson, Okla. She enjoyed fishing, painting ceramics and canvas, dancing, playing cards, spending time with her family and drinking Dr. Pepper. She was a charter member of the Rosenberg Rebekah Lodge #235 where she held position in every office up to Noble Grand and beyond. She then became a member of the Independent Order of Oddfellows.
Granny was loved dearly by all who knew her and will be missed greatly by her friends and family. She was a strong, independent woman, and was always willing to help others.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Travis in June of 1987; her sister, Katherine Mullins and brother-in-law, Bill Mullins.
Granny is survived by her three children, Donna Villines of Tulsa, Okla., Joe Trotter of Oklahoma City, Okla., and Judy Mees of Cameron; nine grandchildren, Skip Trotter, Chad (Kathy) Morgan, Judith (Andy) Ursitti , Zaundra (Doug) Ellis, Toni (Jack) Reed, Joseph (Sheryl) Trotter, D Arcy (Coleman) Born, Lori (Bruce) Wallace and Brian (Jody) Mees; several great- and great-great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; and dear friends.
Visitation was held at Thompson Funeral Home in Jacksonville from 7 to 9 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 6. Graveside services were held at 10 a.m. Saturday at Jarratt Cemetery in the Turney Community with Jerry (J.W.) Hull officiating. Granny was interred with a bottle of her favorite drink by her side.
