This is the last Will and Testament of me Joseph Park of Kendal in the County of Westmorland Innkeeper. In the first place I direct all my just Debts & funeral Expenses to be paid and satisfied by my Executors hereinafter named. I will and direct that all my Estate both real and personal shall be for the use and benefit of my Wife, Jane, during her natural Life and after her decease as she shall by her Will direct and I nominate my said Wife Jane and Thomas Savage of Kendal aforesaid Grocer to be joint Executrix and Executor of this my last Will and Testament revoking all former Wills by me made. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand and Seal this thirtieth day of September one thousand eight hundred and twenty six.
Signed Sealed and published and declared by the said Testator Joseph Park as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who in his presence and at his request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as Witnesses thereof
