Joseph PARK, Kendal, innkeeper, - Dated 30 Sep 1826 This is the last Will and Testament of me Joseph Park of Kendal in the County of Westmorland Innkeeper. In the first place I direct all my just Debts & funeral Expenses to be paid and satisfied by my Executors hereinafter named. I will and direct that all my Estate both real and personal shall be for the use and benefit of my Wife, Jane, during her natural Life and after her decease as she shall by her Will direct and I nominate my said Wife Jane and Thomas Savage of Kendal aforesaid Grocer to be joint Executrix and Executor of this my last Will and Testament revoking all former Wills by me made.
