Emma Goff (90) was born 25 July 1857, a daughter of Alexander Goff (46) and Mary Swier (47).

Emma married a widower, Tompson F. McCabe (184), on 14 November 1878. Tompson McCabe died ???. Emma then married her first cousin (once removed*) Edward Locke Goff (90) on 5 January 1887. Edward is a son of Professor Milton Browning Goff (95), late Chancellor of Western University (now University of Pittsburgh) and Emily Virginia Locke (94). Edward was born 6 January 1857.

Edward was employed by a bank. In 1890, he was in business in Chicago. Later, he and Emma lived in Philadelphia. Emma's niece, Florence Bertha Evans (34) visited them there in 1913.

Edward died 16 December 1920 and is buried in Sewickly Cemetery in Section B, Lot 25, Sewickly, PA with his parents. It is said that Emma later married J.W. Pitts (185). She was still alive in February 1924. When she died and where she is buried are unknown.

*Although they were born the same year, Emma belonged to a previous generation of Goff's than Edward.
