Mrs. Annie Mae Dent Lucas, 77, wife of Jerry Lucas, died at 12:45 a.m. today at her home in Jewett, following two months of illness She was born at Antioch, Oh. September 8, 1869, daughter of the late George and Rebecca Ferrell Dent and was married 55 years ago to Mr. Lucas. She was a member of the Jewett Lutheran church, the Missionary society of the church and Maccabees lodge. Surviving are her husband, a daughter; Mrs. Maude Simpson of Columbus, Oh.; two grand-children, Mary Elizabeth and Harry Simpson, and two sisters; Mrs. Bell Green, Canton Ohio and Miss Dena Dent, Jewett. Three children preceded her in death. Friends may call at the Porter Funeral Home where funeral services will be held Monday 2 p.m. in charge of Rev. A. G. Fischer, Burial will be in the Fairview cemetery, Jewett.
