LAS CRUCES, N.M. - Herbert Harold Dwyer, 89, of Las Cruces, died Jan. 31, 2001. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service was held Feb. 3 in Las Cruces. Graham Mortuary and Mesilla Valley Crematory was in charge of arrangements. Dwyer was born in Kansas to Tilda (Tinsley) and John C. Dwyer. He was a test pilot for Lockheed prior to his retirement. Survivors include his wife, Margaret Dwyer, Las Cruces; five sons, Eldon Dwyer, Columbus, N.M., Gale Herbert Dwyer, Downey, Calif., John C. Dwyer, Whittier, Calif., Douglas Dwyer, Fallbrook, Calif., and Richard Dwyer, Chino, Calif.; a brother, Emery Dwyer, La Puente, Calif.; a sister, Viola Graham, Derby; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
