Funeral at Philo for Mrs Longley
Funeral services for Mrs Elizabeth Basehart Longley, 66, wife of
Carlos (Tony) Longley, well known Ohio Power company employe of Philo,
who died Friday evening at her home following a year's illness will be
held at 9 o'clock Monday morning at St Ann's Catholic church in Philo,
with father W E Thomas officiating. Burial will be in Duncan Falls.
Mrs Longley was a member of St Ann's church, the auxiliary Knights of
St John, and a charter member of the auxiliary of the Spanish-American
War Veterans. Surviving are her husband and a daughter, Mrs Paul
Kinney, Philo. The body will remain at the daughter's home.

Elizabeth Longley Expires in Philo
Mrs Elizabeth Basehart Longley, 66, wife, of Carlos (Tony) Longley,
veteran employe of the Ohio Power company at Philo, died suddenly at
7:15 o'clock Friday night at the family home there after a lingering
illness of more than an year. Mrs. Longley was a member of St Ann's
Catholic church, Philo; the ladies auxiliary of the Knights of St.
John,
and a charter member of the Spanish American War Veterans auxilliary.
surviving are the widower and one daughter, Mrs. Paul Kinney, also of
Philo. Funeral services will be held at 5 o'clock Monday morning at
St. Ann's church with Father W L Thomas, pastor of the church,
officiating. Burial will be made in Duncan Falls cemetery by the Seat
funeral home of Zanesville.
