Mrs. Cora Waxler Is Summoned
Funeral services for Mrs. Cora Waxler, 66, of Philo, will be held at 2:30 o'clock Thursday afternoon at the Dean-Swope funeral home with Rev. Joseph O'Reilly, pastor of the Methodist church at Philo, officiating. Burial will be in Duncan Falls cemetery. Mrs. Waxler died early Tuesday morning at her home following four and half years illness. She was born in Blue Rock township and resided in Philo 47 years, and was a member of the Philo Grace Methodist church. Surviving are her husband, Harry Waxler; two brothers, Samuel and Sherman Twyman, both of Zanesville; a sister, Mrs. Bertha Bailey of Pine street and several nieces and nephews. The body will remain at the funeral home.

Thomas Longley Fair, III, 67, of 1129 Stony Battery Road, Lancaster entered into rest Sunday October 29, 2006 at the Lancaster Regional Medical Center. He was married 46 years to Shirley Bildstein Fair. Born in Baltimore, he was the son of Edna Dranbauer Fair of Brandon, Fla. and the late Thomas L. Fair, Jr. Tom retired in 2001 from Willow Valley where he worked as a bakery delivery driver. His career also included working for the Harvest House Restaurants, Giant Grocery Stores and Strohman Bakeries. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children, Michele Fair, Mount Joy, Michael, husband of Diana (Bertz) Fair, Lancaster, Scott, husband of Sue (Kauffman) Fair, Mount Joy, Charles, husband of Deanna (Long) Fair, Harrisburg, Donna, wife of Mark Hansen, Landisville, and David Fair of Mount Joy and his fiance, Amber Graff; six grandchildren; and brothers, David, husband of Maria (Abuda) Fair, Brandon, Fla., and Allen, husband of Suzanne (Drodge) Fair, of Bremerhaven Germany. Other numerous beloved family members and cherished friends also survive. Funeral services will be held from the Clyde W. Kraft Funeral Home, Inc., 247 Main St., Landisville, PA on Thursday at 11:00 a.m. Friends may call at the funeral home on Wednesday evening from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and on Thursday one hour prior to the service.
