Funeral services for Cecil B Watts, 49, of 750 Woodlawn avenue who died Thursday at Bethesda hospital will be held at 2 o'clock this afternoon at the Cannon & Cannon funeral home at Crooksville with Rev. John McDonald officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Horeb cemetery near Crooksville. Surviving are his widow, Mabel, a son, Charles W of Columbus, two daughters, Mrs. Robert Vallo of Dayton and Mrs. Donald Bronkar of 161 Sourth Seventh street; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. William Watts of Crooksville; a brother, Emmett of Crooksville; six sisters, Mrs. George Rhinehart, Miss Edith Watts, and Mrs. Douglas Lloyd, all of Crooksville, Mrs. Hughie Grant of Fultonham, Mrs. Kathryn Westerfield of New Lexington and Mrs. Olive Blaney of Columbus; three grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

MOLINE - Charles Lawrence Wilson, 81, of Moline, died May 21, 1999, at Via Christi Regional Medical Center-St. Francis Campus in Wichita. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at the Moline United Methodist Church. Kelley Zellner will officiate. Burial will be in Moline Cemetery. A memorial has been established with the Moline United Methodist Church. Contributions may be made through Zimmerman Funeral Home of Howard. Wilson was born Oct. 5, 1917, in Moline, to Charles Hayes and Susie (Falkenrich) Wilson. He attended Elk County schools and graduated from Moline High School in 1936. He farmed until he enlisted in the U.S. Army and served in the European Theater during World War II. On Sept. 6, 1947, he married O. Estel Hedde in Wichita. They made their home on the family farm two and a half miles west of Moline. In 1981 they moved into Moline. Survivors include his wife, Estel Wilson, Moline; two sons, Charles Wilson, Wichita, and Frank Wilson, Richmond, Texas; a daughter, Margaret Phillips, Hutchinson; a sister, Greta Barnhart, Wichita; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
