McConnelsville - May 28 - Millard Fillmore Sheets, 87, a lifelong resident of Morgan county, died at the county home hospital at 7 o'clock, Tuesday morning, after an extended illness from infirmities. Mr. Sheets retired two years ago after serving for more than forty years as janitor in the McConnelsville schools. He was a member of Grace Methodist church. His wife Alice Kraps Sheets preceded him in death many years ago. Surviving is a son, Howard Sheets of the home, in McConnelsville. Funeral services will be held at Grace Methodist chruch at 2 o'clock Thursday afternoon with Rev. L. S. Wees officiating. Burial will be in McConnelsville cemetery. The body is resting at the Fisher funeral home and will remain there until removed to the church for funeral services.
