Jeffrey P. Forker
Funeral services for Jeffrey P. Forker, 60, of Chardon, will be 3 p.m. Monday at the Schulte and Mahon-Murphy Funeral Home, 5252 Mayfield Road, (between Richmond and Brainard), in Lyndhurst. Mr. Forker died Jan. 22, 2004, at his residence. Born Feb. 14, 1943, in Cleveland, he lived in Euclid before moving to Chardon 17 years ago. He was a member of many HVACR related organizations. He was also an artist, writer, and thinker. Mr. Forker worked at Penton Media Incorporated as editor to vice president of several magazines and trade shows for 33 years, retiring Nov. 30, 2003. Survivors are his wife of 34 years, Alice (Horton); children, William N. Toth, Denise M. (Frank) Sciaulino, Mark D. (Hallie) Forker, Melanie G. (Anthony) Nosan, and Shannon I. Forker; grandchildren, Kara, Frank, Kelsea, Stephen, Brianna, and Patrick; siblings, Sharon Bloemendaal, Sally Johnson, Sandy Fronius and Jennifer Pendur; and many nieces and nephews. He also leaves one grandchild on the way. His parents, Bernard and Norma Forker, are deceased. Friends may call 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. The family suggests contributions be made to The American Cancer Society, 10501 Euclid Ave., Cleveland 44106.
