SEHEN, Wesley Burton, 61, of Route 1, Meadows of Dan, died Tuesday, April 4, 1995, at his home. He was born in Patrick County November 9, 1933, son of the late Berton A. Sehen and the late Faye VanSupthin Sehen. He was a veteran having served in Korea, retired from the Kraft Dairy Company and a member of the Meadows of Dan Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife, Carol C. Sehen of the home; four sons, Lawrence B. Sehen, Stuart, George E. Lumpkin and J. Michael Lumpkin, both of Richmond, W. Tommy Lumpkin, Harrisonburg; five daughters, Deborah G. Dalton, Meadows of Dan, Susan L. Sehen, Roanoke, Barbara R. Saunders, Beaver Dam, Carol L. Thornton and Audrey L. Nelson, both of Richmond; 19 grandchildren; three brothers, Carl Sehen and Elmer Sehen, both of Meadows of Dan, John Sehen, Walkertown, NC; three sisters, Eleanor Young, Collinsville, Shirley Lott, Vesta, Hazel Martin, Bassett. Funeral services will be conducted 11 a.m. Thursday, April 6, 1995, at the Meadows of Dan Baptist Church with the Rev. Jack Holland officiating. Burial will follow in the Eden-Knowles Family Cemetery in Meadows of Dan. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Meadows of Dan Baptist Church and other times at the home. Memorials may be made to the Eden-Knowles Family Cemetery Fund, Route 2, Box 239-A, Meadows of Dan, VA 24120 or to the Vesta Rescue Squad, Vesta, VA 24177. Arrangements by Howell Funeral Home, Stuart.
