She is survived by her husband, Robert, whom she's been happily married to for 63 years; daughters, Alice (Larry) King, Ann (David) Koss; grandchildren, Spring (Matt) Lawson, Kelly (Greg) Kempi, Kendy (Jason) Jones, Thomas Ormes Jr.; great granddaughter, Elaina Jones; and brother, Herman Akers. She was preceded in death by two brothers. Fern was a high school Valedictorian and college graduate. A Memorial Service will be held at Catalina United Methodist Church on Wednesday, May 15, 2002 at 6:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the charity of your choice or the Tucson Community Food Bank. ROCK HILL - Services for Cleatus Robertson "Steve" Cockram, 70, will be held at 7 p.m. this evening in the Chapel of Greene Funeral Home, with burial in Grandview Memorial Park Saturday at 1 p.m. The family will receive friends following the service in Greene Funeral Home, which is in charge. Mr. Cockram died Wednesday in Piedmont Medical Center. He was a son of the late Dean Potter and Vergie Robertson Cockram. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. Surviving are his son, Michael Dean Cochram; brother, Glynn F. Cockram; sisters, Betty Cockram White, Patty Dean Grogan; two grandchildren.

Stephen Inman, 81, of Deavertown, died at 3:15 o'clock this morning at his home following a lingering illness. He is survived by 101 persons. They are his widow, Winifred, four sons, Walter and Albert Inman of Deavertown, John of Crooksville Route 1 and eEarl Inman of Dayton; five daughters, Mrs Grace Weeler, Mrs Lee Shipley and Mrs Ruth Williams, all of Deavertown. Mrs Delmar Thomas of Crooksville Route 2 and Mrs Robert Tysinger of Duncan Falls Route 1; two sisters, Mrs Belle Lanning of Nelsonville and Mrs Sadie Lanning of Crooksville Route 2; 40 grandchildren and 49 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2:30 o'clock Wednesday afternoon at the Deavertown Methodist church. Rev Cary Wilson will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The body will be removed to the residence this evening from the Cannon & Cannon funeral home at Crooksville.
