Williams Everton Groce (Brud) was born April 28, 1904 in Wolf Lake, Ind. to Curt and Margaret Williams of Wolf Lake and Ligonier. He died November 21 in Grayling, Mich. He attended school in Ligonier and worked for the Ford Motor Co. in Detroit, retiring to Au Sable River, Grayling, Mich. He is survived by his wife, Arlene of Grayling; two sisters, Mrs. Vance (Eleanor) Moots, Syracuse, and Evelyn Williams, also of Syracuse; several nieces and nephews. Services were November 25 at Sorenson Funeral Home in Grayling. Burial, North Star Michigan Cemetery. + 11-?-1977

GHEEN BABY DIES IN LOCAL HOSPITAL THURSDAY MORNING
Francis Delbert Gheen, aged 17 months, son of Mr. and Mrs. Edward H. Gheen, of McConnelsville, and grandson of Mrs. Alice McMillen, 37 Belknap street, died at 7 o'clock Thursday morning in Good Samaritan hospital after an illness from cholera infantum. The baby was admitted to the hospital Wednesday and failed to rally to treatment. The Gheen baby is a brother of Harry Gheen, aged six years, who was struck by an automobile at State and West Main streets, Aug. 6, and seriously injured. Harry Gheen is slowly improving in Good Samaritan Hospital. Besides the parents, the baby is survived by the paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Amos Gheen, of McConnelsville; the maternal grandmother, Mrs. Alice McMillen of this city, one brother, Harry , and a sister, Vernett, of the home; and her aunt, Mrs. Vera Audring, of Pittburgh, Pa. The body was removed to the Hearing undertaking parlors and from there it was taken to McConnelsville, Thursday evening. Funeral services will be held in McConnelsville Friday.
