Miss Claudia E. Beatty
Funeral services for Miss Claudia E Beatty, 85, of 730 Orchard street, will be held at 9 o'clock Monday morning at St. Thomas Catholic church. Burial will be in Mount Olives. Miss beatty died at 6:35 o'clock last night at Bethesda hospital where she was admitted Wednesday for treatment of pneumonia. She was born Feb. 27, 1869 in Gilbert Station, the daughter of William T. and Clara Coyle beaty and had lived in Zanesville her entire life. Miss Beatty was a member of St. Thomas Catholic church. Surviving is a brother, Ralph Beatty. Sr., of 2132 Hoge avenue. The body was removed to the Hillis funeral home where friends may call after noon Saturday.

SHAW, MARIE RALEY A resident of San Bernardino County since 1952, passed away on July 17, 2005 at Braswell's Ivy Retreat in Mentone, CA. Marie was an accomplished musician and was the church pianist at Richardson Street Baptist Church (Loma Linda) for many years. She is survived by four children, Mary McKennell, Loma Linda, CA; Emmalee Shaw, Huntington Beach, CA; Maritia Shaw, Bryn Mawr, CA; and Glynn Shaw, San Clemente, CA. Marie was 92 years old and had four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at Immanuel Baptist Church, 28355 E Baseline, Highland, CA 92346 on Thursday, July 21, 2005 at 11:00 AM. Burial services will be held after the memorial service at Montecito Memorial Park and Mortuary, 24124 Barton Road, Loma Linda, CA 92354. Arrangements are being handled by Montecito Memorial Park and Mortuary. Flowers may be sent to them.
