Funeral services for Mrs. Elsie Gheen, 80, of Malta, mother of two Zanesville residents, will be held at 2 o'clock Monday afternoon at the Main Street Church of Christ in McConnelsville with Rev. H. B. Mason officiating. Burial will be in the McConnelsville ceetery. Mrs. Gheen, died at 11 o'clock Friday night at Good Samaritan hospital where she had been admitted a few hours earlier. She was suffering from a heart ailment. Mrs. Gheen was a lifelong resident of Malta and was a member of the Main Street Church of Christ. Surviving are three sons, Edward Gheen of 913 Monroe street, Howard of 718 Jackson street and Harry Gheen of Malta; a daughter, Mrs. Floyd Well of Malta, Route 1; a sister Mrs. Ollie Kuhn of McConneslville and a brother, Edward Leggett, also of McConnelsville. The body is at the Miller funeral home in McConneslville where it will remain until time for the services.
