Fred McPeak Dies Yesterday
Fred B McPeak of the Hotel Danville died yesterday morning. McPeak, 60, was born in Schoolfield, a son of Mrs. Sena S. McPeak and the late William C. McPeak. In addition to his mother of 29 Dallas Ave., he is survived by two sisters and one brother, Mrs. Thelma June Meadows of Danville, Mrs. Nellie R. Shore of Silver Springs, Fla., and Chester L. McPeak of Greensboro. Graveside rites will be held in the Dan View Cemetery in Eden at 2 p.m. tomorrow by the Rev. M. N. DeHaven. The body is at Swicegood Funeral Home. The family will be at Mrs. McPeak's home on Dallas Avenue.
