She was preceded in death by her husband, Alvin J. Mitchell; her parents; and sisters, Jean Brooks and Sissy Morgan. Survivors: Son, Michael Mitchell and wife, Mary Frances of Garland; daughter, Linda Mitchell of Chico; sons, Thomas Mitchell and wife, Laura of Gotha, Fla., Kenny Mitchell and wife, Tommie of Fort Worth; sister, Peggy Allen and husband, Doie of Nocona; four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
