George F. Beebe Is Found Dead
George Franklin Beebe, Sr., 73, of 1917 Ridge avenue, was found dead in his bed Monday noon. Death resulted from a cerebral hemorrhage. He had not previously been in ill health, as he had worked from 3 until 11 p.m. Sunday at the Zanesville Provision company, where he was employed as a stationary engineer. The son of Freeman and Rachel Beebe, he was born in Washington county, but had lived in Zanesville for 34 years. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Lucy Beebe of the home; two sons, Dawes R. Beebe of 1917 Ridge avenue and George F. Beebe, Jr., of 314 Pine street; six daughters, Mrs. Audrey Howe and Mrs. Everett Price, both of Barberton, Mrs. George Grether of 1419 Ohio street, Mrs. Edwin Sinclair of 1520 Indiana street, Mrs. Donald Stoneburner of 45 Southard avenue, and Mrs. Russell Coultas of Columbus; one half-sister, Mrs. Mervin Barlow of Goddard avenue; 15 grandchildren and one great-grand-daughter. The body will be returned to the residence Tuesday afternoon from the Dean-Swope funeral home. Arrangements have not been completed.

Surviving Mrs. Stanley are three daughters, Mrs. Wilma Wagner of the home; Mrs. Josephine Evans, near Roseville, Mrs. Mary Tewksbury, Mill Run road; two sons, Earl of Washington, D. C., and Jacob of Columbus, an a brother, Tilden Dobbins of this city.

Died of a broken neck according to death certificate, her head was caught in a dumbwaiter.

Oliver Kean died yesterday morning at his home near Villa. He is survived by two sons, Leroy and Kenneth Kean; two sisters, Mrs. D. S. Walker of Morgantown and Mrs. Josie McClintic of Chagrin Falls, O., and one brother, O. W. Kean of Highland avenue, Edgewood. The funeral will be held at two o'clock Friday afternoon from Barlow's funeral parlors. Burial will follow in Spring Hill cemetery.
