Funeral Tuesday at Saltillo Church for Mrs. Mary Watts.
Crooksville - Funeral services for Mrs. Mary Watts, 72, wife of William Watts of Crooksville, will be held at 2:30 o'clock Tuesday afternnon at the Saltillo Methodist church with Rev R. Lee Hall officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Horeb cemetery. The body has been returned to the residence of a daughter, Mrs. George Rhinehart of Crooksville from the Cannon & Cannon funeral home. Mrs. Watts died Saturday at her daughter's home following a five weeks illness of a heart ailment. She was a daughter of the late Charles and Louisa Hammers Shreeves, early residents of the Unity community in Perry county. She was a member of the Saltillo Methodist church. Surviving are her husband; a son Emmett W. Watts of Columbus, six daughters, Mrs. Rhinehart, at whose home she died; Mrs. Hughie Grant of Cleveland, Mrs. Kathryn Westerfield of Crooksville, Mrs. Edith Warts of Zanesville, Mrs. Olive Blaney of Crooksville, Mrs. Douglas Lloyd of Columbus; a brother, Raymond Shreeves of Wadsworth; a sister, Mrs. Effie Pettit of Saltillo; 23 grandchildren and six great-grand-children.
