Lincoln--Final rites were in the First Baptist Church today for HINKLE DREWE FLOWERS, 66, who died in Lincoln, Friday. A native of Oklahoma, he had lived in Lincoln for 38 years. Among city posts held during that time was superintendent of Public Works. He was a veteran of World War I. He was the husband of Edith Flowers of Lincoln ; father of Arnold E. Flowers of Woodfords, Eugene Flowers of McKinleyville, D. H. Flowers of Paradise, James Flowers of Fort Bragg, N. C., Betty Mason and Carl Wesley Flowers of Lincoln; brother of Opal Devlin of Browns Valley and Callie Benshoof of Arkansas City, Kansas. Also surviving are his step-father, Joe Baker of Lincoln; 18 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Graveside services at the Lincoln Cemetery were under the auspices of VFW Post 3010. Starbuck-Lind Mortuary
