Mrs. Leanice Young Cooper, 87, of 211 West Main St., Crooksville, died early Sunday at her home. Death was unexpected. She was born in Crooksville Dec. 21, 1889. Mrs. Cooper was a member of First united Methodist Church in Crooksville and Starlight Chapter 239 OES. Her husband, Charles A Cooper, died in 1945. Surviving are two daughters-in-law, Mrs. Delma J. Cooper and Mrs. Helen Cooper, both of Columbus, four grandchildren, five great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Service will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Goebel Funeral Home in Crooksville with burial in Crooksville Cemetery. Friends may call anytime after 2 p.m. today. The family will be present 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today. Eastern Star will hold a service at 7:30 p.m. today at the funeral home
