Ann Eloise Burley (nee Hinkle), 68, of Vermillion, died Friday at Lorain Community Hospital after a two-month illness. Born in Crooksville, she resided 38 years in Vermillion. Mrs. Burley worked as bookeeper for Burley and Associates of Vermilion, the optometry practice of her husband and son. She had attended Ohio University at Athens and early in her career taught elementary students at McCluney School, Crooksville. Mrs. Burley is survived by her husband, George N., to whom she was married 47 years; a daughter, Shari Beckwith of Vermilion; a son, R. Michael of Vermilion; and five grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Marie Hinkle; and a brother, Warren Hinkle. Graveside services will be 1 p.m. Monday at Crooksville Cemetery. Memorial service will be noon Saturday at United Church of Christ Congregational, Vermilion, where Mrs. Burley was a member. The Rev. Louis Bertoni, pastor, will officiate. Family suggests memorial contributions be made to Lucy Idol Center, 435 Nicholson Dr., Vermilion 44089. Riddle Funeral Home, Vermilion, is in charge of arrangements.

Arthur Anderson Is Dead; Resident of Morgan Co
Arthur Anderson, 42, lifelong resident of Morgan county and for the past three years an employe of the Twin City Tee Company at McConnelsville, died early Friday at Good Samaritan Hospital. He underwent an operation Thursday, two days after being admitted to the hospital for treatment of an illness which held him bedfast for two months. Surviving are two daughters, Emma Jean and Sarah Lee; three sons, Gordon, John and Bruce, all of the home; a brother, William of Warwick avenue, this city; a sister, Mrs. Jesse Hill of Meigs, and his mother, Mrs. Sarah Anderson of the home. Funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock Sunday afternoon at the Fisher undertaking parlors, McConnelsville. Burial will be at McConnelsville.

SAINT JO - Louise S. Donnell, a resident of Saint Jo for more than 75 years, died Thursday at a Muenster hospital. She was 83. Graveside service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Mountain Park Cemetery in Saint Jo. McCoy Funeral Home in Saint Jo is in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Donnell was born in Livingston, Pa. She had operated a movie theater in Saint Jo for several years. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Saint Jo and was a former member of the Garden Club. Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association. Survivors: Son, Ralph Donnell Jr. of Saint Jo, and sister, Christine Robbins of Fort Worth.
