James A. Watts, 66, of Crooksville, a retired employe of the Cesco Co., in Crooksville, died at 2 a.m. Saturday (Aug 8) in Bethesda Hospital following an eight week illness. Mr. Watts retired in 1969. He was a member of the IBOP Local Union 2 and Crooksville United Methodist Church. Surviving are his widow, the former Hazel Sue Masterson; two daughters, Mrs. William (Jane Ellen) Wilson of Crooksville and Mrs. Donald (Cynthia) Lapp of Coshocton; two sisters, Mrs. Alice Scarrett of Newark and Mrs. Pearl Penrod of New Lexington and three grandchildren. Friends may call at the Cannon and Cannon Funeral Home in Crooksville. Service will be held at 2 p.m. Monday in the funeral home. Rev. Earse mauler will officiate and burial will be in Crooksville Cemetery.
