Marion Young
Services were held Saturday afternoon at Iliff M. E. church for
Marion Young, 77, who died Wednesday at his home on Crooksville-
New Lexington road in Perry county. Surviving are two daughters,
Mrs. C. P. Stotler and Mrs. John C. Milligan, Crooksville; 13
grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, two half-brothers and
a half-sister.

Young, Marion : The death of Marion Young, 77, which occurred
Wednesday morning at 7 o'clock, at his home on the New
Lexington-Crooksville Road, brought an end to an illness which
had continued for several years. His widow Mrs. Lillian Young, and
two daughters, Mrs. C. P. Stotler and Mrs. John C. Milligan of
Crooksville are the immediate relatives to to survive. Two
half-brothers, Jacob and William Savage and on half-sister Mrs.
Myrtle Burley also survive. Burial services under the direction
of Cannon and Cannon will be conducted at the Iliff Cemetery,
following funeral rites at the Iliff M. E. Church at 2 o'clock
Saturday afternoon. Rev. J. K. Price will be the officiating

Rites at Crooksville for Mrs. Lilly Young
Funeral services for Mrs. Lilly B. Young, 80, who died Monday evening
at her home in Crooksville will be held at 2 o'clock Thursday afternoon
at the home. Burial will be in the Iliff Methodist church. Mrs.
Young sustained a fractured hip in a fall about two weeks ago and
since then her condition had been serious. She was born in Philo
but spent most of her life in Crooksville. Surviving are two daughters.
Mrs. C. P. Stotler and Mrs. J. C. Milligan, and a son, Glenn Young,
all of Crooskville, and a brother, W. H. Baughman, of Hemlock. The
body was removed to the home today from the Cannon and Cannon funeral
home at Crooksville.

Bertha M. Stotler Called By Death
Crooksville, O.-- Mrs Bertha M. Stotler, 61, of 227 Winter street, this
city, passed away at the Bethesda hospital at Zanesville, at 3 o'clock
Friday morning, following a protracted illness. She is survived by
her husband, Chalmer P. Stotler; one brother, Glenn Young, of Crooksville
Rt. 2; one sister, Mrs. Stella Milligan, of Crooksville Rt. 2, and a
number of nieces and nephews. The deceased was associated with the
Jehovah's Witnesses, of this city. The body will remain at the
Cannon & Cannon funeral home here where the funeral services will be
held Sunday afternoon at 2:30 with A. H. MacMillan officiating. Interment
will be made in Iliff cemetery.

Mrs. Annabelle L. Lighthizer, 58, of 1040 S. Luck Ave, died at 7:50
a.m. Wednesday at her residence following a brief illness. Mrs.
Lighthizer was born Jan 5, 1919 at Clarksburg, W. Va, but had been a
resident of this area for the past 30 years. Surviving are her
father, Floyd Tabor of 356 Schaum Ave.; her husband, Judson L of the
home, a daughter, Mrs. Randolph (Vickie) Caid of Stow, a brother,
William Tabor of Miami, Fla.; a sister, Mrs. William C. (Jo Claire)
Drummond of Westminster Califr, and a granddaughter. Friends may
call 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today and Friday at the Bryan Funeral
Home.

Chapel for Sam W. Longley, 78, of 4013 S. Polk, who died Wednesday
morning at St. Anthony's Hospital. A native of Archer County, Mr.
Longley has been a resident here since 1940. He was a member of the
Temple Baptist Church and a retired bookkeeper. Surviving are his
wife, Ossie; a son Mack W. of Sonora, Calif.; a sister, Mrs. A. A.
Davis of 1622 Palo Duro; two stepdaughters, Mrs. James E. Doyle of
Kingville and Mrs. Hange Corwin of Nashville; a stepson, Robert H.
Shull of Sanford, Fla.; a brother R. D. of Wichita Falls; eight
grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
