Ruby Wilson, age 91, of Boerne, passed away on Thursday, February 10, 2000. She was born in Hollis, Oklahoma, on April 17, 1908, the Daughter of Josephus Arnold and Ada Mae Archer Longley. She was a member of the Church of Christ. Mrs. Wilson was preceded in death by her husband, Jessie Leroy Wilson; two daughters, Lea Mae Wilson and Jessie Evelyn Wilson, as well as one grandson, Roger Wilson. Mrs. Wilson is survived by three sons, James L. Wilson of San Antonio, C. Ivan Wilson of Corpus Christi and Lawrence M. "Pete" Wilson of Boerne; 13 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren. The Visitation will be on Tuesday Morning, February 15, prior to the Funeral Service at 12:30 p.m. at the Funeral Home, with Pastor Randy Couchman, officiating. Burial will follow at Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery. Pallbearers are Wayne Heskew, Glen Wilson, Jeff Wilson, Dale Wilson, Greg Wilson, and Ronald Wilson. If so desired, Memorials may be made to the Medina Children's Home.
