MEADOWS OF DAN - Final rites for James Andrew Light will be conducted tomorrow at 2 p.m. at Moody Funeral Chapel. Interment will follow in the family cemetery. Mr. Light, 73, of Meadows of Dan, died yesterday in Danville Memorial Hosptial. He was born in Patrick County April 17, 1897, a son of the late Austin and Mary Bowman Light. Surviving are his wife, Pearl Boyd Light; three sons, Clyde Light of San Francisco, Calif., Hill Light and Albert Light, both of Danville; and seven daughters, Mrs. Jean Barber and Mrs. Iola Mannings, both of Roanoke, Mrs. Lillian Belcher of Bucyrus, Ohio, Mrs. Lois Sutphin of San Bernardino, Calif., and Mrs. Beulah Rigney, Mrs. Jewel Alderman and Mrs. June H Mimms, all of Danville. He also leaves one brother, Early Light of Meadows of Dan; and four sisters, Mrs. iowa crockett of Davey, W. Va., Mrs. Pearlie Marshall of Danville and Mrs. Belle Dalton and Mrs. Lula Lynch, both of Meadows of Dan. The body is at the funeral home where the family will receive friends this evening from 7 to 9 o'clock.
